Just wanted to say hi. I just picked up a used masterbuilt analog electric smoker the other day. Plugged it up and it gets hot. I've never smoked anything outside of adding some wood chips In a chip box to a grill to get a little smoke flavor. Looking forward to trying it out. I'm in NW Fla panhandle in the general area of Fort Walton beach.

Thanks for the additional welcomes! I've been doing some reading hear. Looks like I'll be buying a tube burner and a used blender to break up pellets. I'd get divorced if I used my wifes

Making dust from pellets...

Mr T told me he makes dust all the time for some of his smoking needs.. He ground the pellets in a food processor or something.. I tried it and it seemed a little tough on the machine.. Pellets are HARD !!!.. So I threw them in warm HOT water.. in about 4 minutes they were falling apart... I...
