catman, let me start first by saying that i am no expert on building smokers ,however if i can help in any way i will, just ask . there is so much info in here it will make your head spin.to give you an idea the tank you see is 88 inches long,30inch diameter and the shell is 1/4'' thick. the fire box i planned is 30x30x24.as for reverse flow the heat/smoke start in the firebox and head down a tunnel under the grates to the other end of the tank where they make a 180 degree turn now coming in contact with the meat and head toward the side the firebox is on, exhausting at the upper corner. as i understand this design is forgiving and supposed to be very even in temp. side to side. sorry i dont have c.a.d. or i would try to draw up something. hope this helps.now lets get started
