Used Pop's cure for 3 days. Air dried legs overnight in fridge. Smoked over one large chunk of apple wood at 250. First leg took 3 hours. Second 3.5. And last one 4 hours. Cooked them the day before. Warmed them up in the oven day of thanksgiving. 250 degrees for two hours. They were awesome! My particular leg was a little dry from reheating but still delicious with a nice ham-like flavor and color. These would have been awesome to eat fresh off the smoker but they were still great the next two days of eating them.

Those look awesome!
If you like the drums you will LOVE the thighs done that way. If you get a chance to buy some, do not hesitate :)
