I have a few ??? for all you folks that do your own seasoning blends. How do you store it? If i want to ship a taste of it to some of my smoking friends ,What is the best way to package and ship? Are minced onions , garlic , bell peppers better to start w/ than the powders? I've never had reason to make my own but since my favorite seasoning Co. went out of buissiness i will have to try to duplicate it. Thanks for the help!
