Lets make some jerky.

Eye round jerky...EH

Trim the best you can, you won't get it all.

Marinade is for 4.5 pounds with cure #1 just under 1tsp. Marinade in fridge for 24 hours, try to mix the meat a few times so you get an even marinade

The zip-lock bags work great for that.
Can massage them and move the jerky around in the bag easily to coat thoroughly.

I guess if I had 12 year olds still at home they could fill me in on all this abbreviation stuff :emoji_astonished:
I've grown older but I refuse to grow up! Matter of fact since my kids are grown and out of the house. I'm about done with this adult crap. LoL
 
I had 8 slices I could not fit on the racks yesterday so got 1 rack going now.

However

The jerky is done. The cold smoker musta went out last night and only burned about 3/4 way thru the dust.
