Just smoked us some pork (a pork shoulder ) for some pulled pork and sammiches. Started at about 1130 the other night and ended at about 5 pm the next day...From start to finish and I'm pretty proud of the outcome. Although I did not inject this one as I normally do (the garbage disposal ate the injection needle), it came out like pig butter. Melted in the mouth.

All rubbed/and wrapped up with a lil HubRub. Let it sit overnight.
Slather with some mustard and more HubRub. Throw it in. Keepin it moist I also have a spritzer bottle with somethin like liquid HubRub. Let it reach about 170 wrapped it up in some foil and back in the smoker until it reached 205.
Wrapped it in a towel and threw it in the microwave to set up for about 2 hours.
Bones came clean out, time to pull and eat! Made me feel good, we had some friends over that said it was the best they've had. Like I said, Im pretty new at this forum thing but I think it is a great idea to share ideas and creativity. Thanks again for allowing me into the forum.
