Hi, I have very little experience with smoking meat, but I am excited to learn! Yesterday I acquired an old Frigidaire that I am planning to build into a smoker. I found this forum while looking for ideas, and it seems like a great place! Most of the meat that we eat is wild game, so any advice in that area would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site, I'm sure you'll find all the info you need here. Plenty of folks are builders.

Thank you! It is beautiful, but it has been a long winter! Glad that it is finally warming up this week.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy, windy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
