Drums and Fries

Pretty straight forward, put some chicken Drum sticks on the Q.
Had the pellet tube going with Hickory, and when almost done I
started to brush on a mix of SBR's and Kraft Onion BBQ sauces

When just about ready and the sauce is starting to glaze up some, the fries are almost ready.

Time to dish up my plate, chunky salad with mustard pickles and whipped up a few biscuits, flavoured fries and light gravy.

Thanks for looking, nice hot quick meal. Yes I did throw on a couple jalapeno and Cheese sausages for a snack later, lol

Great color on those legs AND sausage 😉! Everything looks great David 👍.

Thanks Keith for the love and the comment

Yes the sauce gave the legs a nice colour, and made for a nice meal.

And I like to through on other items while I have the Q heated up .
And I love these sausages, once they are charred up some , I even like them cold. But a couple of them made it into a wrap or two.

Little onion , lettuce and mustard on Pita bread, in the last shot you can see they are juicy
