Can you smoke these?
Anything special I should know or do?
Other than increasing the temp of my smoker to 235F everthing else is the same
Our family really enjoys then and they are great when you can find them on-sale
It's good to soak them in water to remove a bit of the saltiness. I usually soak for 1 hour, changing the water after 30 minutes. I just did one yesterday.
