Nice sear on that one . It's hard to tell people how great that is , if they have not tried it . I prefer it over steak .

My wife basically said the same. She wanted to know when I was buying more..
I've done 2 at 132 , fantastic . Just did one at 165 for 24 hours with a pack of Lipton dry beefy onion soup mix in the bag . Pot roast type of finish . Really good . Needed more time , but was still good . 30 hours or more ,,, perfect . All your stuff looks great , but the sv chuck made me comment .
