Hi all fellow smokers, I'm new to the game but have made some kick ass food so far, and also some god aweful stuff to. I generally only eat wild game but have enjoyed some pork shoulders in the smoker. I have a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. I oook forward to learning new stuff here.
