At the end every school year I pack up the camp rig and take my boys and a few of their friends camping. This year the end of the school year landed on Father's Day weekend so the friends were all busy. So this year it's just dad and the boys. All packed up. Mini-WSM and a good supply of fuel and wood packed. Two meaty tri tips swimming in worchestershire. A dozen or so wings. Mine injected with Scarbelly's fav. The boys dusted with SPOG. We dry camp so try and prep as much as possible before heading out! Got taters and corn. Gonna be some good meals! So here's a few photos to hold ya all over until we get back in a few.
You can never have too many boats!
Looks tasty!
Some like them hot!
Some like them not!
Our cooking ensemble minus the cast iron that's packed away in the camper. That's all we'll use unless someone gets a wild hair to sharpen a stick and roast a piece of meat over the fire.
Outta here!!! See ya all in a week!
