Beef Stick Sammy (Experiment)

As you can see, this was a late night Snack, as it was a little dark in the kitchen.
I had a craving for a Beef Stick, but I was thinking about a Sammy too.

So I combined the two. I ground up a Beef Stick, and spooned it in between two slices of Italian Bread with American Cheese & Miracle Whip. (Mayo would be fine too)

Pretty Darn Good!!! Next time I may try Mustard---And maybe some Horseradish.

This could easily happen again!

Throw a slice of American Cheese in there & close it up:

Now that's different. Sounds appealing.

Point for sure.

Wondering around the kitchen late at night thinking what to eat, what to eat. Oh beef stick no sammy. No let’s combined them. Great idea. My thoughts. Start of awesome grilled cheese but that would be another process. Maybe a slice or 2 of the last garden maters. Points for creativity

I bet that was good . Now you might want to try B.S.O.S. ( Beef stick on a shingle ) .

When I think of "Beef Stick", I think of those Slim Jim sort of things.
I think you guys are talking about something bigger, like a 2" "Slim Jim"... o_O

Thanks Buzzy!
Hmmm---I'm thinking Beef Stick & Cheese Omelet.

Oh Bear, that made me LOL!

Being Mr. Improvise, rather than buying a $50 Jerky shooter, I made one to try making Beef Sticks with Ground Beef Jerky mix.
Someone else coined the term that his jerky sticks looked like cat turds.
Mine did too.

Ahh, the triumphs and tribulations. Dog turd skinless Beef Sticks. LMAO!

LOL---Don't matter what they look like, as long as they taste good.

I was at a restaurant where they used a combination of 1 part Mayo, 1 part Horseradish & 1 part spicy brown mustard on basically a reuben instead of thousand Island Dressing. Wonderful.

On a scout campout we diced up beef sticks, saute'd them in a pot for a little while with red pepper flakes and then made tomato soup over that. Enjoy with grilled cheese sandwiches.
Could just put the BS into the grilled cheese too.
