GoNavy, a simple bacon weave, 1lb of beef. The seasoning I used was "Rufus Teague Spicy meat rub", I used cheddar cheese and wrapped it up and threw in on my smoker.
I have a pellet grill. So I used the Texas blend "hickory" pellets. Cooked it like I normally would in a regular oven, 350 temp until it got to 165 internal temp. I think when I pulled it off it was reading 167/168.
