Bacon Wrapped BB Bones.

Had a site get together yesterday. Smoked some BB.

Ready for cutting and bacon wrap.

Wrapped most of the BB and put on the weber to get the bacon done.

Didnt get a final all done shot.

Were the ribs dry. I assume they were done when removed from the smoker before you wrapped and grilled.

The PB is so versatile that i been thinking on selling the snoopy smoker with the pid.

I just had the same idea 2 days ago when I smoked a rack, but Judy say's no way. I should have done a few like that but didn't want to open a pack of bacon & only use a few strips. Next time, the heck with her, I'm doing it!
