Now don't blame me on the addiction to this.... but here is the story....

My inspiration is from: https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/london-broil-with-creamy-blue-cheese-horseradish-sauce/

Start your Webber 400 - 450 F with coals baked to a side
put your marinated meat on

Cut meat against grain - now you see that brown circle on the meat.... I think the lime after 24 hours cooked the meat and I could not get grill marks.... wooopsie 12 hr max

Unless you marinated the TR in sulfuric acid or sliced it thin enough to read the paper though I don't know how you'd get a TR tender only cooking 4 minutes per side.

As a side note sauce looks great!

Fish sauce is a tenderizer and works well !
cut across grain further shortens the meat grain
it was perfect!

Warning Fish sauce is very potent in smell!

That looks great- really a+! London Broil is a great cheap cut if you cook it right (med rare or rare) and have a good sauce. I have to try that horse radish blue cheese, looks incredible and I can taste it from here!

I love the gorgonzola sauce. although I've used fish sauce (wife is Asian so I live with it !!) and lime juice, I too am wondering about tenderness. It look delicious regardless, nice job !!!

Next time try sous vide. Cook at about 131 for 24 hours, then sear. Makes the meat like budda !!!

Had no clue what that was.. I don't recall any instance that abbreviation has been used before. We just call it London broil here also.

London Broil is not a Cut of Meat.
It is a method of preparation of a piece of Top Round.

The family does not want to go out to eat! Feed them well they will ask for more....
