Hey guys - going to smoke my first ribs tomorrow. Got them on sale for $2.98 a pound at my local Market Street. It's nice that the Farmland brand already has the membrane torn of so I didn't have to deal with that. I put mustard on and then a rub mixture I threw together w/brown sugar and spices and some pre-mixed rubs (was running low). I had to cut it in half to fit on my smoker. Here's the first look after the rub and going in the fridge overnight.
