Pantry Burgers W/Qview

Made these yesterday and stuffed with goat cheese. The bacon was junk so i just draped it over (what was usable) instead of weaving.

also included a couple pics from past smokes....enjoy and let me know what you think

can you tell which one is daddies burger?

all done!

thanks for comments everyone, its another weekend of predicted rain here so everyone else please keep those pics coming so i can live through you!

i want to do another brisket soon......the one in pics turned out wonderful but what i did not know was that the brand new meat thermometer i bought was broke and would not go past 140 so it cooked probably about 30min longer than i wanted it to. it was still juicey but i think it could of turned out just a little better.

you better believe i went out the next day and bought all new digitals
