Well we finally got the New MES Unpacked and Seasoned.

Yesterday (Saturday) we did her maiden smoke, will post those picks later.

This thing is so much better than the Bradley, there is no comparison...icon_smile.gif

Here are images of the New MES getting Unpacked.

Great Smoker Paul !
I had a little trouble with my MES 30 the last time I used it. It might be that wiring trouble. I wish I had the one you just got. 1200 WATTS---WOW !
I would also like to get some racks like you got there!
Mine are a mesh about 3/8" square---WHAT A PAIN IN THE ARSE cleaning them! Can anyone tell me where to get racks for my MES, with less freakin' wire, like Paul just got????

Good luck with that new beauty Paul.

Congrats on the new smoker. It looks so shiny and clean. Need to run a couple of butts through there and get her smoked up. PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif

The new 30" model with window has the new style racks. You can order them from MasterBuilt. I called them because I was thinking about adding more racks and rails for making jerky but I forgot how much they were..

Congrats Paul!
One thing I have found that can give you the feeling you would get at Christmas as a kid is to open up and play with a new smoker, nothing but smiles PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif
