Here's my Easter smoke, the wife did a turkey in the oven and since i spent 5 hours yesterday putting my grandsons swing set together i decided to treat my self to some ribs.

I also have to work next saturday so i threw in a couple of extra racks for then

i started with 2 racks of Baby Backs and a rack of st. louis trimmed spares rubbed down last night and into the fridge.. i did them 4-1.5-.5 as the B.B.s were extra big. the smoke was hickory and sweet alder.

I glazed them with a combo of balsamic vinegar, pure maple syrup, butter and Black Mollasses

You are making me hungry, have to ask though...

Did the one on top burn, or is your glaze making it that dark?

I was just curious. They do still look good. I've had several that I sauced a little too early and turned out a bit dark, but everything still tasted fine.
