Ok, I know it ain't smoking if you are using a gas grill......but seems like a slow day on the forum and I just felt like posting some pics. Caught leg quarters on special and also picked up a split yardbird to cook for the family. Threw the halves on first and the leg quarters a few mins later. Well, the leg quarters got done sooner than expected so I took them in and left the halves on for a few more mins. When I went in to take the final pics the quarters had been ambushed and almost annihilated by the inhabitants of the house...namely my 4 yr old nephew who wanted "MORE chicken" for the rest of the night! Here's all that was left for the final pic....I know, low points for "presentation" but Oh Well!! Thanks for looking...happy smoking/grilling!!!

Looks great.

Yup, the Holland is a gas grill that basically works like a convection oven except it has a pan between the cooking surface and the burner to prevent flare ups. Pellets can be placed in a pan on the cooking grid to produce smoke. It's very simple to use and nearly impossible to burn/dry out food with the Holland. Here are a few pics or you can check out www.hollandgrill.com.

Oh shoot, those are chimneys! Thought for a minute they were hot toddy holders... Tom and Jerry's flambe...
