well been up since 4:00 am getting ready for the smoke today...we have 12# briskit and a 4# rump roast that i am doing today here is some starter q-views more is to follow.....trying the weber rub out on the briskit have used on other cuts of meat its real good...my smoker was sleepy had to wake it up...he won't mind...ok running some mesquite and pecan today we'll see what happens...stay tuned
