well it was a rocky start, I had 2 thermometers I purchased from walmart, and 1 redi-check from maverick. there was a considerable difference in temps, at one point the smoker temp difference was 50*. thanks to a few on here, texas-hunter and Walking dude to name a couple I got strait.
here they just starting, prior to me dropping the wood box onto a piece of carpent and melting it to the botom of if. I had to burn the carpet and glue off with my BBQ.
here they are at about 168* just prior to wrapping in foil.
