Well since so many soup recipes are popping up and based on the interest in books yesterday I figured I would combine the 2.

Name your favorite soup cookbooks.

"Splendid Soups" James Peterson
"Glorious Soups of France"
"CIA book of soups"

I have a few other books but can't seem to remember the titles. I love soups from the far east and absolutely blanking on the titles. The 3 listed above are the best I have found so far.
 
You know, I don't think I have one single recipe book based on soup.
