Well after the roast the other day we are doing a brisket today at work. I didnt have to come in early so another guy got it started at about 1:00am and I took over after I got here at 6:00. Its looking pretty good and is at about 170 right now. I think I'll let it get to 195 and pull it, hopefully it'll get there by lunch time.
