First of all I hope you all enjoy the day and take time to remember the sacrifices made by our service men and women who defend us each and every day and the ones who gave us this freedom from a few hundred years ago ( give or take). I am very thankful I live in a great country with great people like the ones on here who are all very helpful in any way.

With that being said, I just threw a nice 10 lb butt in the smoker for my cookout/ fireworks show tommorrow. It's gonna be a long night for me but my 9 yr old daughter is willing to stay up with me and tommorrow it's gonna be a turkey which is in the 'fridge soaking up the brine. I'll try to post more pics as I go.
