This was done a while ago.. <I saved up the pics> .. Its a brisket .. and it's in the right forum .. <adjusting glasses> small one of 4 lbs and cooked for 8 hours at 225deg. Just used salt, garlic granuals, pepper and onion powder .. again spritz with apple juice .. I didn't have time to wrap it and let it rest .. but was good just the same ... it was juicey as I was cutting it and had the company came later it would have been wrapped .. next time they can have cereal and wait for it .. lol
