Brandon here in northern Virginia with a gas/ wood box Brinkman smoker-grill and an box style gas smoker that tweaks on me if it is windy ( what a subject for the scrapyard).

Been burning meats for many years and love your site.

Have a safe labor day holiday and eat well!
