Beef Ribs are my Favorite!!

I hate the way they trim all the meat off, and the only way I can get Beef Ribs with a decent amount of meat on them is to buy my Prime Ribs with the bones on, and then trim the bones off myself, leaving a lot of meat on the "Bone Side" of my cut.

Oh yeah.. well, $2.49 a lb is ok.. they should be yummy.

Lol.. I saw your Dino beef pops before.. I think it was a different post but your Dino bones.. lol
I think I got about a half dozen different ones in my Step by Steps.

The link I just gave you I think were the Meatiest----Almost too much meat----Made them like Small Prime Ribs.

Should maybe mention.. there is a big thick piece of silver skin on the back of the beef ribs. I suggest removing that. It's much heavier than the pork silver skin . Also it's got a glob of fat that it covers on one end.. you can't remove that fat to easy with that layer of skin still on.. just saying.
