i was looking in the freezer and realized i had scallops in there and decided to use them up. I had some universal seasoning and added a little  lemon and butter to the pan. well see how this goes lol

So the wife came home and pointed out that even though it was frozen it was very much outdated by a lot so to be safe i threw it away. I was going to pull it but as usual i was running out of time. So i pulled the pork out around 185 and it then raised  to around 190 and I sliced it about 100. It was super tender and did not need a knife as it cut just fine with my fork. Made some rice and added some Chinese sweet & savory type sauce to it and then some peas to the mix lol.

In the one pic it looks like the loin on the left was half red but thats just lighting and was not as you can see in the other pics.
