I have been enjoying all of the great information on these forums for a while now. I have gone through several smokers, including a Char-broil offset, a Brinkman vertical charcoal, a Camp Chef vertical propane, and currently own a Treager pellet smoker.
I look forward to learning from all of the smoking gurus here, and continuing to improve my skills.
So far, I have impressed a lot of friends, family and co-workers with ribs, pork tenderloin, chicken, steaks, and brisket. I know I have a lot of room to improve, and hope to continue to learn from all of your collective experience.
