Drums & Thighs on the “Q”

Mrs Bear hinted she wanted Chicken Parts by bringing a big pack up from the Basement Meat Freezer.

So below is stage #1 of what happens to Chicken parts around here.

Stage #2 will be coming soon when I turn the leftover Dark meat into Chicken Cheesesteaks.

These were Great, but I can’t wait for the Chicken Cheesesteaks—Probably posting in a few days.

Man you eat my favorite piece dang. Looks good waiting to see the sammies. Looks like a point to me. I haven not used BBQ sauce for a while now I just rub chicken pieces with tony's and grill.

Yup---Mrs Bear likes the Drums.

My favorite is Thighs, except I like White Breast meat in a sammy with Salt, Pepper, and MW.

Straight up BBQ chicken is classic! When done to perfection like that, I think it can outshine any kind of beef or pork BBQ!
