Hey everybody, just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I have been following this forum for probably the last year or so, and decided to finally join. Been smoking for about the last 3 years. I use a pellet smoker, Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone. I have smoked everything from chicken, ribs, hamburgers, turkeys, meat loaf, brisket, tri tip, pork butts. I really enjoy the process of the smoke, from research, prep, finish, to cutting board. And of course the whiskey and beers while I wait for the meat to smoke. I think that is enough for now. I will be doing a 14 pound brisket for the opening of the NBA Finals on Thursday. Thanks everybody for reading this.
