I am from western Kentucky. I have a gas and wood style smoker. I consider my self still new to smoking. Love to smoke and enjoy the food I get at the end.

Mansfield, Texas here. I use a Smoke Hollow PS4400 about once or twice a month for briskets, ribs, turkey, chicken, pork butt, and sausage. It is a great smoker for the price. Only real flaws I have found with it are the thermometer(replaced with a Bluetooth one) and the regulator doesn't go low enough for curing. I built a different one for curing. Thanks for having me.
