First I gotta say you will thank me later on these baked potatoes....WOW
The chicken breast is seasoned, bacon wrapped and stuffed with peppers and cheese. It was pretty awesome to see the gooey cheese get caramelized with the bacon! Chicken breast was held on the OctoForks with silicone cooking bands. The bacon was pretty tightly wrapped but better safe than sorry.
Side not on the potatoes: I scored them criss cross and sandwiched a thick slice of sweet onion in between and foil wrapped. ...talking about sweet onion infused WOW!
