Had a slab of full spares that needed to be used or frozen,so of course I cooked them!:biggrin:
Not a lot of pics maybe a sliced shot in a few. Normal cherry and pecan kbb mix seasoned with Bad Byrons butt rub with some added white and cayenne pepper.

Thanks DS, they were tasty not much meat so no bone shots. Let these go longer then normal and the roasted quality really shined through with a nice smoke but I didn't get the heat I was hoping for but better safe then sorry on that!
