First smoked Meatloaf

Made with a pound of ground beef, italuan sausage, minced and powdered onion and garlic, egg, and seasoned stuffing mix. I formed a loaf ans wrapped it in a pound of bacon. 3 hours in the smoker at 225 and an internal of 150. 20160228_124902.jpg 4005k .jpg file 20160228_154421.jpg 5413k .jpg file
