Thanks Richie. The tater tots are a work in process still. This batch was okay. I didn't use a binder the recipe didn't call for one. The taters didn't crisp like I wanted. I'm going to change a few things next time. I also discovered that my oven wasn't as hot as it said it was. Off by 30° so that probably had something to do with it too. Will be running the iGrill probe in there next time.

A fellow on another thread told me to ask for Bottom Sirloin, chew. Apparently it has different names depending where you are. I've gotten that same blank look...Sorry I missed this one. Looks great. Out here though, if you ask for tri-tip all you get is a funny look.
