Just joined the forum, but have been smoking many years with my Dad. I currently own a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Series vertical smoker. Christmas Day I smoked a 6.5 lb chicken after brining it over night. It took about 3.5 hours at 225 degrees. It was delicious! Check out the pic of the golden brown yard bird!
I live in Annapolis MD, but my family is from south NJ. This looks like a great site and I can't wait to share some great recipes with great smokers.
