So my wife said to me after another MES went out. Just buy what you want.

WOOO HOOO.

I bought the TSM 30lb digital.

I'm happy and done sticks. Garlic SS chubs today and the new A-MAZE-N expandable tube smoker works great in it.

So far it is.

I had a learning curve on the controller but TSM walked me thru it.

And the coil and parts are easy to replace.

Awesome Chubs!  Congrats on the new smoker.  bravo1.png

Which casings do you use?  We will be using LEM 2 1/2 x 20-Inch Non-Edible Fibrous Casings for our first run of Venison SS.  Curious what's the "best out there".

Thanks!

Thanks Y'all.

The LEM fibrous casings are great for SS chubs, Just make sure you soak them per the LEM instructions before stuffing.

Here is the Garlic SS chubs. I like to cut the ends off before vac sealing.

I like a medium grind most the time.

Saved one chub for us, rest went vac sealed.

Still learning the curve on the new smoker.
