Tonights update.... Leftovers! Well it was a large brisket!
I love to do this after finding a place in Houston's " Inter-Con" (George Bush) airport that specializes in BBQ baked potatoes! My inspiration. This was back when airport food was not the most highly thought of, these guys had the hugest "Texas-sized" baked potatoes you loaded and they toped with the BBQ'd meat of your choice.
