You know the second thing I thought was.... its a shame I can not do a brisket like Gary. You have my upmost respect as the king of the brisket. You always excel and make it look so easy.

Thank you Gary

Not a big scotch man, but I do have a fully stocked cabinet, like I am sure you do. If no JWB, we'll have some delivered. BUT I know there is a few types of single malt.

Tonights update.... Leftovers! Well it was a large brisket!

I love to do this after finding a place in Houston's " Inter-Con" (George Bush) airport that specializes in BBQ baked potatoes! My inspiration. This was back when airport food was not the most highly thought of, these guys had the hugest "Texas-sized" baked potatoes you loaded and they toped with the BBQ'd meat of your choice.

Damn its good to have friends!

Thanks Jon, but ya know its kind of hard to mess up a good piece a meat. Its at like it almost helps you smoke it right.
