Smoking 6 hours (oak)
225 first 2 hours

2 hours in
The 3rd hour adding sauce coat
Sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 Tablespoons Worcester shire
5 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey bbq
Mix until blended can be used in spray bottle

good luck.. but from my experience.. chicken in the smoker that long... gonna be a tad dry (and then some).... hope this isn't the case...

7.5 hours in an look at the white meat falling off the bottom for all the skeptics out there charcoal smoking science baby. Like it or hate me I dont care. Im going to eat in 20mins Thanks.
