Just wanted to say hello everyone from CT
I just bought my first smoker
I used to have a smokehouse a mile from my job but it recently shut down and I can't go from eatin pulled pork 3 days a week to once every couple months. so I bought a electric smoker to start learning to smoke.
Right now I am attempting to make some venison jerky
I cut it thin and marinated it in teriyaki sauce right now it's in the smoker at 200
