Looking to make a batch of sausage with green pepp and onion, how much pepper and onion should i use?

William, here is a post of chicken sausage with sundries tomatoes and onions that I posted awhile ago. It may help with the proportions that you are looking for. I would try the same amount of onions and the same amount of peppers in the sausage your making. Hope this helps.
