This is some chicken i did the other day, thighs and legs soaked in beer then sprinkled with salt and pepper. 3-4 hour smoke with soaked apple and hickory chips glazed ever 30 or so with buffalo sauce.

Thought about injecting but really didnt need to the smokey, spicy, buffalo flavor went right down to the bone, was awesome
