Smoked a whole chicken over peach wood 2 days ago. Put reds apple ale with garlic, onion, and some rub in the beer sleeve. Was awesome and juicy.

250 and about 3 hrs. Sweet and spicy rub. No sauce.

Tropics. That's what they call chicken in the chamorro language. To That's why I thought dude was from guam till I saw his location.

Bbq chicken, steak, ribs all those with finnadene is bomb. I can cook just about anything chamorro though. Now I want some lol.

Looks good. I find when I smoke my beer can chicken with hickory chips or any other wood over charcoal, the skin comes out tough not crispy which is a bummer
