Hi Everyone - 

Just bought my first smoker - Camp Chef Smoke Vault 18" - and thought I'd join to learn more about how to use it.  I grew up in Memphis, so BBQ is close to my heart, and I can't wait to smoke my own for the first time!  First smoke will be a pork butt next weekend, with 1-2 more trial runs before we host a 50th anniversary party with 20-30 guests for my in-laws over July 4.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
