The name is Tyler and I'm from South Dakota. Been smoking with a bradley smoker for a year now. Love that thing. I have mostly dabbled in large cuts so far ie chicken breasts, pork shoulder, briskets, the good stuff. I'm now getting excited to try my luck with some sausage creations. I enjoy deer hunting and have plenty in the freezer so some deer sticks will be my attempt at messing something up. The sausage forums have been very helpful at helping me get started. And I want to give a big shout out to Jeff at smoking meat. His newsletters always keep me going back to the smoker for more.
