Hi, my name Eric I'm from West Virginia. I've been interested in smoking for awhile but been to nervous to try it. My wife bought me a Masterbuilt dual fuel two door smoker for our anniversary so I'm going to throw caution to the wind and give it a go. Looking forward to trying it out this weekend. I enjoy the site and the informative post.
