Hello all, new guy here from Zachary, La wanting to learn some tricks and tips on smoking meats.
I have a Masterbuilt 30" SS smoker with probe and love it so far. Been doing ribs and Xmas last year
smoked 2 turkey breasts with different marinades.
My father-in-law has an older model, black no window 30" MES and has cooked many things on it with
no problems what so ever. Wife bought mine for birthday 2 years ago and haven't used mine alot but working good.
Hope to learn all I can and help out if I can.
